Elizabeth M. Webster is R.L. & J.H. Webster's third generation lawyer. Having started working at Websters as a student in 1970, she has a wealth of experience as a lawyer in the community. Elizabeth graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1975 and was called to the Bar in Ontario in 1977.

Beth comes from a line of lawyers with a history of community legal service in East Toronto. With both her grandfather and father being lawyers at the firm, it was a natural progression for Beth to follow in the family footsteps.

From the beginning, it has been Beth's goal to provide legal services to the everyday people in the community with as little stuffiness and 'legalese' as possible. She feels strongly that seeing a lawyer should not be considered an intimidating experience. 

Throughout her career at R.L. & J.H. Webster, Beth has practiced mainly in the areas of Real Estate law, Estate Administration and Corporate law. Recently, she has concentrated her practice more in the ever expanding field of elder law - including Estate Administration, Estate Planning and Wills and Powers of Attorney.
